Service Description
**Sculpt, Stretch, and Socialize!** is a 45-minute class designed for ALL levels of moms, blending bodyweight sculpting moves with a traditional yoga flow to energize and rejuvenate. After class, stay to connect and build relationships with your local mom community, fostering support and camaraderie. Babies 0-12 welcome to tag along! Special guest, Tidal Physical Therapy and Wellness will be joining us on 8/16 for a pelvic floor warm-up!
